Payment is handled securely through the app and settles when the job is completed (in some regions the card is charged at booking). Either way you always get an itemized receipt, and any extra work needed your approval before it was added.
Can I schedule for later instead of right now?
Yes. Choose ASAP for urgent jobs or pick a time that suits you — both are first-class options when you book.
What if no hero accepts my request?
The app keeps signalling pros nearby and offers you options — keep waiting, schedule for later, or cancel freely. You are never left guessing.
Can I talk to my hero?
Yes — once a hero accepts, you can chat or call directly in the app, and follow their location live on the way to you.
What if something extra comes up mid-job?
Your hero sends an add-on request in the app with the extra cost spelled out. You approve or decline — nothing lands on your bill without your OK.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
You can raise an issue in the app while the job is in progress, and every job ends with a rating that directly shapes the hero's standing on the platform. Our support team is there when you need a human.
